Do you charge PDI or dealer prep fees?

No. TowTally Camping does not charge PDI, dealer preparation, or similar add-on fees just to increase the advertised price.

Our goal is simple: No PDI Fees • No Hidden Fees • No Pressure • Real Pricing.

Is the advertised price the actual selling price?

Yes. Our advertised sale price is the actual price of the RV or trailer before applicable sales tax, DMV or registration charges, documentation fees, and any optional products or accessories you choose to purchase.

We do not advertise an unrealistically low price and then add thousands of dollars in mandatory dealer fees when you arrive.

What additional fees should I expect?

Depending on the transaction, additional charges may include applicable sales tax, registration or DMV fees, California’s $85 documentation processing fee, and a $30 electronic filing fee.

Optional accessories, protection products, extended service contracts, upgraded batteries, hitches, or other equipment are only added when you choose them.

Do you take deposits to hold an RV or trailer?

Yes. In many cases, we can accept a deposit to secure an in-stock unit or custom-order trailer.

Deposit requirements can vary depending on the unit and whether it is an in-stock purchase or special order. Your salesperson will explain the terms before you place the deposit.

Can I purchase an RV or trailer without coming into the dealership?

Yes. We regularly work with customers from outside the Redding and Anderson area.

Much of the purchase process can be handled remotely by phone, text, email, and electronic documents. We can also discuss delivery options depending on your location and the type of unit being purchased.

Can I buy from TowTally if I live outside California?

Absolutely. We sell to customers throughout California and out of state.
