RV Technician

Job Responsibilities/Qualifications

Candidate will work on systems such as propane, electrical, plumbing, appliances, roofs, brakes, awnings, slide-outs, cabinetry, metal, fiberglass, and running gears.

Other duties will include installation of aftermarket accessories such as hitches, brake controllers, solar panels, satellite systems, inverters, slide toppers, and batteries.

Candidate must have the following characteristics and abilities:

  • Ability to work well with others
  • Be professional and helpful with customers and business partners
  • Be reliable
  • Maintain lot and shop daily
  • Assisting customers with drop offs and pickups
  • Assist fellow technicians and warranty staff daily as needed
  • Ensure that all work meets the highest quality standards in the RV industry
  • Maintain a clean safe working area for customers and co-workers
  • Prolonged periods of standing, stopping, crawling and bending, and lifting
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check and ongoing random drug tests

Education and Experience

  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Professional appearance and work ethic
  • Valid California Driver's License
  • Forklift Certification, Will provide if not certified
  • RV Industry or related experience with electrical, plumbing, and/or propane. Registered/Certified technicians preferred High school or equivalent required

Compensation

$16.00-$30.00 based on Experience and certifications

PDI Lot Technician

Job Responsibilities/Qualifications

Candidate will complete safety, visual, and operational inspections on systems such as propane, electrical, plumbing, appliances, roofs, brakes, awnings, slide-outs, cabinetry, metal, fiberglass, and running gears.

Other duties will include assisting with installation of aftermarket accessories such as hitches and brake controllers.

Candidate must have the following characteristics and abilities:

  • Ability to work well with others
  • Be professional and helpful with customers and business partners
  • Be reliable
  • Wash, clean, and detail exterior and interior of recreational vehicles
  • Maintain lot and shop daily
  • Assist unloading new trailers
  • Assisting customers with drop offs and pickups
  • Assist service technicians daily as needed
  • Lock and open trailers daily complete recreational vehicle pre-delivery inspections
  • Ensure that all work meets the highest quality standards in our industry
  • Maintain a clean safe working area for customers and co-workers
  • Prolonged periods of standing, stopping, crawling and bending, and lifting
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check and ongoing random drug tests
